| Sažetak: | Rad obrađuje direktni i indirektni utjecaj klimatskih promjena na cestovnu infrastrukturu u FBiH. U radu su navedene očekivane i prognozirane klimatske promjene u FBiH prema regionalnim klimatskim modelima. Zatim je dat prikaz dosadašnje međunarodne prakse i postojećih metodologija u procjeni i upravljanju rizicima od poplava, kao i primjeri metodologija uključivanja klimatskih promjena u FBiH u upravljanju cestovnom infrastrukturom. Definisani su ranjivi elementi, prikupljeni potrebni podaci, te analizom preklapanja 100 godišnjih plavnih površina sa cestovnom mrežu izvršena identifikacija kritičnih dionica magistralne cestovne mreže u FBiH.
U konačnici predložena je detaljna analiza identifikovanih kritičnih dionica, te navedene mjere za sanaciju sa zaključcima i preporukama. |

| THE INFLUENCE OF CLIMATE CHANGE ON ROAD INFRASTRUCTURE IN FBIH | |
| Summary: | Direct and indirect impact of the climate change on the road infrastructure in Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina are analyzed in this thesis. Expected and forcasted climate changes in FBiH are stated, according to regional climate models. In addition, the review of the international practice and existing methodology in the estimation of the flood and flood risk management are shown, as well as the methodology of including climate changes in road management in FBiH examples. Vulnerable elements are defined, necessary data collected, and critical parts of the main road infrustructure in FBiH are identified by analysing flooded areas in past 100 years.
In the end, detalied analysis of the identified critical areas is proposed and recovery measures with conclusions and suggestions are stated. |
